noisy air conditioning uncomfortable bed
the staff were friendly and helpful .
My room was not up to par. The air conditioning rattled loudly at the low setting. the bed was uncomfortably hard, resulting in hip pain. the mismatched seating was not suitable for relaxation. The furnishings felt quite basic.

empty minibar funny smell
The breakfast buffet had a lot of options, I guess. Staff seemed busy, very focused on their tasks.
The room I booked, a Design Double Room, was not ready on arrival, so I waited three hours. Then, the minibar was empty. I requested water. It never arrived. The room also had a funny smell. I did not find this amusing. the advertised adults-only policy seemed flexible, as there were children at the pool. Perhaps they were very mature.
