The location was convenient enough. It was only a short walk to the train station.
The hotel did not provide drinking water I had to walk a long distance to buy it. It was quite inconvenient carrying heavy water packs so often .

the hotel offered an excellent swimming pool area with many sun beds available i found the food very tasty with various dishes to choose from the hotel's location was also great i particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel throughout my stay. the staff members across different departments were friendly and helpful which enhanced my overall experience the bar staff and the animation team were especially engaging ensuring there was entertainment for everyone.
the room fridges were warm and empty there was no iron available this was a minor inconvenience

the room was modern and very clean ample space was provided i found the option to have a choice of pillows lovely the amenities provided were appreciated greatly.

the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful the restaurant staff were efficient at taking orders and clearing plates the receptionist who checked me in was friendly as well.

the choice of food was amazing both during breakfast and dinner i saw food kept coming out and cooking non stop there was plenty of variety available so i was very pleased.
