The location is excellent. It is convenient for everything. The staff were very kind and helpful. Some nice touches included lemon tea in reception.
We arrived and were told we had been upgraded, very nice we thought. The room was OK but tired and didn't feel like an upgrade. Breakfasts were superb. I needed to leave at 09.00, but they told me to book it later as it would only take 5 minutes.

The location was very nice, just steps from the Trevi Fountain. I found many restaurants and cafes nearby, offering great dining options. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful (they gave useful directions).
The room I had was a bit old, and I think that it needs some refurbishment.

The hotel is very close to trevi fountain. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were always helpful and polite. They quickly addressed my queries. the room was cleaned daily.

The location was GREAT! I was just a minute from the Trevi Fountain and only three minutes from Rinascente. The staff were very friendly and SO helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There were a lot of options available.
The rooms were a little different than they look in the pictures.
