The location was great for exploring. I could easily walk to many attractions (a Big plus!). The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was really good with a large selection of food.
The room was quite small. The shower temperature was inconsistent (going from cold to hot). I also noticed the bed made some noise whenever I moved.

The location was GREAT. It was close to tourist attractions.
I was frustrated by the wifi. It was UNRELIABLE. it constantly disconnected. this made working remotely IMPOSSIBLE.

My room upgrade was a real treat and added value. prices for rooms fluctuate a lot during july, so shop around for discounts. i liked the rooftop bar. It had a hot tub, though i did not use it.
the air conditioning was not working correctly, so i had to open the window.
