I found this hotel a true gem. The jacuzzi in my Beautiful Room Hot Tub was heavenly. The varied breakfast offered a bit of everything I could want. The location was close to restaurants and just a short walk to notable places.
It was not as modern as the rest of the hotel, though it always worked reliably.

The room felt cramped. i encountered issues. There was NO kettle in the kitchen to boil water. the shower was also old and somewhat broken. This WAS disappointing.

the reception area lacked a cute atmosphere. i also discovered there were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room. this was quite disappointing, especially since i expected these amenities to be provided for the price i paid. i found the absence of these little touches detracted from the overall experience (it is always nice to have a morning coffee).

This place has an awesome location. It's super close to the Vatican and many good restaurants! The rooftop has excellent views! Breakfast had a lot of choices and a great coffee machine.
The room I had was on the smaller side. I did find ventilation a bit of an issue.
