I appreciated the very clean premises . The staff was friendly and helpful. They swiftly addressed my needs. The breakfast had plenty of options for everyone.

The rooms were a little noisy. I could hear sounds from other rooms.

The studio was spacious and included comfortable beds for a restful sleep. A kitchen area was present with a water boiler. This allowed us to make tea and coffee. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and was very clean.

The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Polina and the kitchen staff were attentive and accommodating to our needs. Any request I had was addressed quickly.

The hotel features a spa and swimming pool. I used the massage treatment, and it was excellent after a day of skiing. There is also underground private parking at 15 bgn per day. This provided secure parking.
