My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. There were some enjoyable aspects, like the beautiful pool area and varied dining options, but the overall experience was marred by disappointing service and cleanliness issues in my initial room. I had a tough time during check-in, and the lack of proper management made things frustrating, but at least the pools and food offered some redemption.
