the general cleanliness of communal areas in our block was not great. the attentiveness of the management could have been better , i felt things were not addressed promptly.

the service was NOT good. the staff at the mail restaurant had poor knowledge. they didn't know how to talk, and they didn't know about service, either! they only knew how to cheat guests. POOR service, it was REALLY annoying.

the staff was cute from arrival and offered a wellness juice. the hotel features multiple restaurants with diverse culinary options. i appreciated the convenience of the all-inclusive package that covered meals and drinks. the staff helped with restaurant bookings and daily activities.
i found the beach access challenging because of rocks, not suitable for swimming. it was inconvenient.
