a peaceful stay
friendly staff great overview
the boathouse staff was very friendly. laurent victoire welcomed me warmly. he gave me a great overview of all the activities and the resort. the grounds have stray dogs and cats. mando cares for them. it is heartwarming.

solid hotel experience
good cleanliness fresh towels free activities
I found the overall hotel experience quite satisfying. the hotel, beaches, and rooms had good cleanliness. I especially thank nanda, my room steward, he kept my room well cleaned and ensured i had fresh towels and water. i appreciated the various included activities like paddleboarding and kayaking.
some bar staff were busy, and i didn't receive the same level of attention as other guests.

The hotel sits near the airport which is a short drive. Occasional planes pass overhead though it does add to the excitement and convenience for travelers with many luggages.

The main restaurant offered diverse food choices, suiting various preferences. Water and wine are served in bottles, it is convenient. i found something to enjoy. I also visited le sirius for lunch where the food had luxury.

Ved and the management team, christophe and the bar team, and the watersports team were friendly. Jean francois was friendly and gave clear instructions. valentine was very warm and cute, i felt very comfortable.

Rooms included good facilities. Rooms were cleaned well. my room had clean towels and fresh water always. i had a comfortable room with a good veranda to oversee the landscape and enjoy the sunset.

cuisine variety helpful staff
the variety of cuisine in the restaurants was superb and we dined at several locations. the staff was very kind, especially at the restaurants and reception.
during our stay, it sometimes took a while for a golf cart to arrive when we requested one for transportation. we ended up walking with our luggage a few times because of the wait.

the resort includes multiple pools available to guests, including one near the sirius restaurant. non-motorized water sports are free, a glass bottom boat is available, and the resort offers water skiing lessons. a tennis court is available for guest use.

separate sinks rainfall shower varied cuisines
i spent several nights in a beautiful double room. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the resort has multiple restaurants with varied cuisines. the sports facilities included tennis courts and water sports.
i noticed that some furniture looked a bit dated.
