the hotel staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. they offered a refreshing welcome drink. i also appreciated the complimentary room upgrade i received. breakfast provided a beautiful array of selections.
the gym's bike lacked a working foot strap.

great servicereally good facilitiesunwelcoming area
Bella's kindness and attentiveness particularly stood out. The service and facilities are among the best i have experienced.
The pool was open, but it was barely usable. The area did not look cute, and there was no space around the pool to spend time outside the water. i found it to be not very relaxing.

Decent stay

The location was great. It made it easy to walk to many attractions. The rooftop pool area had a decent size. The air-conditioned gym facility was also useful.
On our first night, we found blood on the sheets. The hotel changed the room at midnight. The shower door in our new room had a big gap and the bathroom flooded. The hotel provided extra towels.

the staff in reception was acceptable.
my stay suffered multiple problems. blood was discovered on the sheets when i was getting to bed so the room was moved at midnight. i left hair gel in the bathroom of that last room but they said they couldn't find it. the shower door had a big gap causing the bathroom being flooded.
