attentive staffpoor insulationunpleasant odor
the staff seemed attentive and eager to assist with requests everything looked satisfactory.
the noise insulation was substandard a constant disturbance from external sounds penetrated the room. Street clamor persisted late into the night it disrupted sleep and relaxation. furthermore the air conditioning emitted an unpleasant odor indicating a need for maintenance or cleaning.

poor insulationhumid air
I found the sound insulation inadequate. Street noise easily penetrated the room. the air conditioning system felt subpar. it produced cold and humid air, this. towels felt thin, also shower soap was of basic quality.

the location was very convenient. i found several restaurants nearby. the room was well kept. i appreciated that the staff were always ready to help.
i found the breakfast options limited. the rooftop view was not as good as i had hoped. the pool had limited space to sit. i did not find any loungers or chairs.
