The staff provided helpful service .
I found ants above the bed and woke up covered in bites. This was a VERY unpleasant surprise. The bathroom also looked not properly cleaned. Loud noises at night disrupted my sleep considerably.

The staff booked bus tickets. They also kept my luggage. I was able to have late check-out. All of this.
The room was quite dusty around the plug points. The bathroom grout looked unpleasant. The room had a smell, like cigarette smoke all night.

the bathroom was small the floor was not very clean. i found the dining area quite limited perhaps due to space constraints.
