The hotel features a new, stylish refurbishment. The kitchen had full equipment. I appreciated the eco-friendly approach here. The location is great on a quiet street. It is in the heart of Victoria. The staff members are friendly and cool. I found the hotel to have a very nice smell throughout.
The room cleaning fell short of expectations. I returned around 4 p.m., and the room was not yet cleaned. The used towels from the previous day seemed to have been re-hung while still damp. I noticed some hair on the floor, raising concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning.
