mixed experience due to noise and access issues
the staff were helpful and spoke english well, that was a plus.
The hotel lobby has stairs with no handrail. This made access difficult. in the room, the shower is over a high-sided bath, it was quite slippery.

really good service clean room cheerful staff
The Front Office staff provided really good service. The housekeeping team made my room clean. The restaurant staff were observant, helpful, and cheerful at breakfast.
The hotel had a few stairs at the lobby without a hand rail (this impacted accessibility slightly).

the location was acceptable. the staff seemed friendly.
