Acceptable but Not Without Issues

moldy bathroom inside noise
I found the bathroom had quite a bit of mold. It felt old and not very clean. There was no window in my room, feel stuffy. The noise from inside the building was also a problem at night. I could hear people chatting loudly and phones ringing. I had to use earplugs to sleep. The hotel had one positive point but many negatives.

small room substandard bathroom
the staff booked a last minute trip for me, that was ok.
The room i got was very small, it was hard to move around with my bags. The pictures online did not show this. the bathroom seemed worse in person than in the photos, it needs some work.

charmed by the hospitality

daily cleaning laundry service
i received great help organizing my time in vietnam from the manager (john). the staff consistently were very good too assist me, a service i appreciated. my room was super clean, with daily cleaning, laundry service, and cooked-to-order breakfast available.
the room i booked did not have a window that provided sunlight, facing only a wall. i could also hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which disrupted my sleep.
