My Gran Canaria Getaway Was Very nice!

This hotel has the friendliest staff. They are genuine and helpful! The all inclusive food was delicious! There were many options available. The pools, aqua aerobics, and spa were amazing! I appreciated the parasol for the beach too. That was super helpful.

The hotel is not close to the beach, a bonus because the beach gets too crowded! The hotel provides a shuttle that travels between the beach and the hotel. This service is really convenient! The hotel is in a quiet area.

There was a wide range of meat and dairy-free options available at the breakfast buffet. The food was very delicious, especially the fresh fruits. I loved all the choices. They always refilled dishes quickly, so there was always food available!

The rooms were spacious and very clean, with a little kitchen area and a big balcony! The room included ironing facilities, this was really useful! My room had nice views of the pools and the surrounding area.

I found the accommodation and pools very beautiful and clean. The breakfast selection was huge. It was the nicest breakfast I have had in any hotel. I also used the gym. It was well-equipped for a hotel gym. It was very quiet, and I found the food, drinks, and service all to be lovely.

The hotel features three heated pools with many sunbeds. I noted that no one reserves them with towels in advance. There is also a new, fully-equipped fitness area that I found convenient.

The staff members were very friendly, polite, and always smiling. The hotel offers pool towels that are changed any time during the day. I found the staff clearly enjoyed their work and were hard working.

My studio was well-equipped and spacious. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated the maid service every day. The air conditioning was fully functional in the rooms and all hotel areas including the dining room, pleasant on hot days.
