inclusive meal planelectrical problemmaintenance delays
the inclusive meal plan did prove acceptable.
My stay experienced several unacceptable issues. electrical problems caused a phone charger to explode. I feared using my laptops. maintenance delays occurred with a leaking sink and broken bathroom fans. These issues remained unaddressed prior to check-in.

The air conditioning in the bedroom WASN'T working. I had to complain multiple times before they even sent someone. the lobby staff was unhelpful and quite rude. the photos online did not match the actual rooms. I felt tricked and that IS frustrating.

I liked the pool a lot. The aquapark has many cool slides. Food had some repetition but tasted good. Staff provides friendly service. The reception team helped me a lot. Hamdy and Mohamed were very nice. The rooms include good cleaning service.
The hotel could benefit from some general updates. The furniture seemed old in places.

The main restaurant features both oriental and European dishes. Several specialty restaurants are available like a Chinese and an Italian one. All restaurants provide varied menus, even for extended stays, and the service is prompt.

Our apartment came equiped with a large sitting space. Daily housekeeping keeps everything neat. The beds feature firm mattresses. The bathroom include essential toiletries, like soap, shampoo and shower gel, and a functional shower.

My room was very spacious and included all the amenities I required for my stay. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially in reception during check-in. The resort facilities offered a few different options for beaches and pools. I appreciated the presence of an aqua park.
