I found the staff really friendly. he managed to find a room for us prior to the official check-in time. i really appreciated that effort.
the room we were given lacked a balcony. it was falsely advertised as having a french balcony or terrace, but it only had a window with a dirty view. the mattress was quite hard.

The food was amazing!!! i found lots of variety daily. the beach area is very nice. It had lovely sunshine all morning. i found the location super convenient, right in the city center. It helped me enjoy my stay. the pools are beautiful and so nice. the entertainment team was great, offering fun shows every morning.
my room could have used a bit more soundproofing from the street noise at night, but it didn't detract much from my stay.

The hotel is centrally located. It makes shopping easy. it is on a busy road so souvenirs and local foods are easily accessible. many mini shops are close by. Everything you want is easy to find.

The staff was kind and always willing to help. Their service was excellent. the restaurant staff provided good service with a smile. the cleaning was done daily. The room service was fast too.

The rooms were spacious. My standard room partial sea garden view room had ample space. the food variety at the restaurant was quite extensive. the location allowed easy access to nearby shops. the beach front was a notable plus with morning sunshine.
the pool area was occasionally crowded, making it hard to find a lounger.
