The breakfast buffet featured a great variety. The outdoor pool provided ample comfort seating. My room had good size. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel's location was not particularly close to the main attractions.

The superior twin room had very comfortable beds and pillows! and it was spotlessly clean. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Amenities are high quality.

The hotel provides both outdoor and indoor pools, giving guests options for recreation regardless of the weather. The gym includes treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines. The area around the pool has lots of comfort seating.

the breakfast had very good coffee machines. francisco at the front desk was particularly helpful, and that mattered to me. our room was spacious and perfect for our family. i liked that the room included a nice balcony.
The bar facilities were poor. I didn't like the availability. there wasn't much bar food selection, it disappointed me. most of the staff had poor english. Communication was difficult, it hindered my experience.

The rooms were spacious enough, and the balcony was a nice addition.
The air conditioning barely worked. I found it difficult to sleep in the heat. Getting extra towels also proved to be quite a hassle, with multiple calls required. They only delivered some towels at first. I regret prepaying for the room.
