The staff was helpful. They assisted with luggage immediately. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of items. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. there was live music during the afternoon tea in the lobby. the tea itself was a lovely touch!
The tv speaker in my room was broken. it made it difficult to hear properly, unfortunately. also, the toilet ran all night. It was a bit disruptive to my sleep!
