i found the staff very helpful. The breakfast had delicious options though there could be more vegetarian choices. The ben thanh market is nearby and that is very convenient.
i could not get a good view from my room and the swimming pool was under repairs. i think the hotel should let guests know of this beforehand. this caused a little inconvenience.

staff members were attentive and proactively asked if i wanted another drink during breakfast. A doorman assisted me with bags and also shared information on local sights. They efficiently organised a grab taxi for me also.
