terrible noise controloverly friendly staff
i booked a beautiful double room ocean view hot tub i was excited but its noise control was terrible college kids next to my room played music at all hours i could hear everything the walls felt paper thin i found it hard to relax because of this the staff seemed almost too friendly i had to say hi to many people upon arrival at breakfast it felt a bit overwhelming

I appreciated the prompt and friendly service from the staff. The breakfast offered many options and tasted great. Our room had good air conditioning and kept the room very cool.
Our bed felt too firm for our liking and impacted our sleep quality. The hotel app crashed often making it hard to use its features. The shuttle bus lacked clear signage making pick-up confusing.

Truly wonderful stay

The staff showed first class hospitality from we arrived. The hotel grounds were of the highest standards and well maintained. The rooms were cleaned each day and special treats from the island were left on our bed. I found the resort highly recommendable and the highlight of staying on Koh Samui.
The gym was too small for air conditioning. I found a rather tired hotel that needed refreshment.

The hotel is based in a quieter part of town. It needs around a fifteen minute drive from the center. I found this suitable for a relaxing vacation.

The breakfast buffet offered amazing choices. Decadent lobster roll and beautiful acai bowl were offered. Eggs with cavier and traditional Thai dishes were also served.

Customer service stuff was excellent, they are helpful. I found that stuff will not disappointed you. The New Year show was hosted by manager Tristan with an really good quality.
