Genuine hospitality and relaxed atmosphere

The villa was a sanctuary it was peaceful and very private. A special highlight was the à-la-carte breakfast for villa guests it was fantastic. Tim, Rung, and Bee made every morning special, and the coffee from Jack and Ben was a real treat.

The pools shine, the large one is a treasure! diamond kept the pool area immaculate. His dedication is unparalleled. jack at the pool bar was efficient, friendly. jasmine's smile alone brightened my days.

the breakfast on the beach was great and offered many options. (i especially liked the fruit selection).

the staff were often rude and dismissive when i raised concerns. it felt as though they did not want to hear any complaints.
