lovely groundsant infestationbroken glass
the hotel had lovely grounds that caught my eye.
I found an ant infestation in my room and the hotel staff did not resolve the issue . i told the lobby staff twice, and a maintenance person came with some spray, but it didn't fix anything. i also found a large piece of broken glass on the balcony, and when i reported it, nothing happened. I had to deliver it to the reception myself.
