I appreciated the indoor pool. It was lovely for a refreshing swim. the housekeeping was very good, my room was kept clean with great attention. free water and toiletries were provided, a thoughtful touch. the comfortable beds were a great bonus. I slept soundly each night.

I found the breakfast selection limited. It could use additional variety. the absence of seasonal salads was noticeable. i also wished there were more fruit options available.

The staff was always smiling and very helpful. They addressed every request with a positive attitude. the room service was prompt. the concierge provided very helpful assistance with directions and recommendations for local spots.

dated room stale pastries

The room felt a bit dated, i noticed some wear and tear. the tv remote was also missing. I had to ask reception for a replacement. the breakfast buffet was chaotic during peak hours. It was difficult to find a free table. the pastries tasted stale. i expected better for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I wasn't wowed!

i appreciated the central location it made exploring convenient the staff were also very polite and helpful i found them always ready to assist with directions and recommendations the breakfast offered a decent variety ensuring a satisfying start to the day
