oily disheskaraoke machine
The hotel food disappointed me. Breakfast was repetitive. Hot dishes contained too much oil, which I could not eat. Dinner reminded me of the same food nightly, besides the theme items. The dress code was not enforced, I saw casual wear in the restaurants. Evening entertainment was not good. The singers were off-key. The acts murdered the songs, it would have been better if the guests used karaoke machine. Those aspects.

the facilities were acceptable.
Our room was not kept as clean as expected. sink surfaces were not wiped down, and tissues were not replaced when nearly empty. also, i found the price of drinks expensive. 4.50 Euros for a litre of water feels like a rip-off.

poor servicecharged water
The food service felt lacking. i often had to get coffee myself during breakfast. This felt inconvenient. water during dinner also required an extra charge. This seemed unnecessary for a hotel of this caliber. the overall service felt less attentive than expected.

efficient staffplentiful choice
The hotel provided a shuttle to the beach and it was well organized. The grounds were large and included good facilities. I appreciated the plentiful choice at breakfast each morning and friendly efficient staff.

The food was a highlight. Dinner offered really good quality and variety each night. Breakfast also had fresh options. The shuttle service to the hotel and beach was convenient, punctual, and well-organized.
The gym had one broken treadmill , so only one treadmill was operational.
