The staff improved significantly. I noticed tangible maturity. reception staff, especially mr onur, and security impressed me. mr huseyin, one of the bellboys, also stood out (he was so kind!). ms. buse's warm welcome and attentiveness to guests really made a difference.
one day after the bedsheets were changed, i noticed marks on a towel.

i especially liked the fast service i received. the personnel were helpful and always smiling, which i GREATLY appreciated. the hotel offered everything i needed. i certainly enjoyed the convenient location and its many offerings.
the only minor issue was a slight delay during check-in , but it was resolved quickly.

the free parking in the parking garage was acceptable.
I ordered a room advertised for three people, but it was NOT what i expected. the extra bed made the room super small and hard to move around in. also, we struggled to close the bathroom door, but they did fix it quickly after we requested it. Still, it was frustrating.
