the facilities are clean. well maintained pool area has great views. i really enjoyed the steam bath. the room was comfortable. it had a spacious bed for rest. the breakfast was worth the money. there were many choices such as eggs, pasta, croissants, and fruit.
the service was not good. the staff was not attentive. when i asked for a trolley to move my luggage, they asked me to pick it up myself. the hotel needs lessons in hospitality. it wasn't a great start to the stay.

the breakfast selection was ample and delicious i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the rooftop spa and sauna offered very nice views and relaxation was easy. the room included robes slippers and towels ready for use which was helpful. the convenient location allowed easy access to transportation options like the u-bahn.
the hallway decor seemed a little worn showing some signs of age.

the hotel is near many restaurants offering diverse cuisines like japanese chinese and indian providing plenty of dining choices. a farmers market sets up in the courtyard on thursdays which is a good addition for fresh produce.

the staff members are friendly and very helpful with all requests. the breakfast staff remembered our names each morning and greeted us warmly. the housekeeping service kept our room super clean throughout our stay which was great.
