amazing stay, felt right at home!

I found the location perfect, a quick jaunt to marienplatz. the staff helped facilitate easy parking, super appreciated after a long drive. i was also so excited that the room had recently been renovated. Everything was great. i couldn't ask for a better experience.
the bottled water policy wasn't clear, a minor inconvenience. i thought water was complimentary throughout my stay, but i later discovered charges for subsequent days.

The location was fantastic. It was close to many attractions. the beds were comfortable! the staff was accommodating and helpful, especially at the 24-hour front desk. i found the hotel beautiful and charming, especially the courtyard decor.

i was happy with the size for two guests. there was also a living room area and kitchenette. the housekeeping was great. they really did an amazing job keeping everything super clean and tidy.
