the staff were friendly and helpful (always smiling!), and the food was delicious. breakfast each morning was a real treat with a wide variety of choices available.
the standard single room i booked was a bit smaller than i expected. also, i noticed some noise from nearby rooms, especially in the evenings (earplugs helped though).

The hotel decor and seating were excellent. I admired the plush carpets in reception. i found the food first class, from dinner to breakfast. my room was clean, tidy, and good for my short stay. the entertainment was also very good.
The room was a little warm, but there was a fan in it. The corridor was also somewhat narrow, though manageable.

This hotel is very close to the shore front. i found many shops and the tower to be nearby. The convenient location allowed me easy access to key attractions. winter gardens were also a short distance away.

All staff were friendly and ready to help at all times, showing great hospitality. the reception staff offered a warm welcome. They were very accommodating. the waiters and waitresses were pleasant, polite, and attentive to dietary needs.

The hotel includes beautifully decorated reception and bar areas. i noticed a little reading room for book exchanges. a cabaret room provides good entertainment every night for the guests.

I stayed for a conference and found the staff friendly and helpful. The location was great! the breakfast buffet had a good variety, especially the full english options. it was convenient being close to the winter gardens venue, and i appreciated the ramp at the front entrance for luggage.
the room did not have air conditioning! made things a bit stuffy.

the location provided a satisfactory access to nearby attractions.
I found the room cleaning to be quite superficial. They merely stretched the sheets. the bathroom received only a cursory cleaning. this fell short of expectations.
