underwhelming experience
brick wall cold radiator
our "cedar room" supposedly had a garden view, but it mostly faced a brick wall. the bathroom radiator did not work. It was quite cold. the food quality at the restaurant did not align with the pricing.

unwelcoming receptionist lack attentiveness
the hotel was beautifully maintained and warm, it felt inviting.
The front desk experience fell short. The receptionist seemed dismissive and unwelcoming, it dampened the initial excitement. there was a lack of attentiveness from the staff. I had to actively seek assistance. this.

beautiful garden outdoor seating fast breakfast lovely staff
This castle provided a beautiful garden with outdoor seating. The breakfast was tasty and fast. Staff members were really lovely to me. Water pressure in both taps and the shower was really good. I felt so fancy!

castle building outdoor seating bedroom decor unhelpful receptionist price reduction no room change
The castle building is so beautiful. The garden includes outdoor seating areas and I enjoyed them. Each bedroom has unique decor. Breakfast was good, friendly staff provided it.
The receptionist was not helpful to me. I asked for a change and she said all rooms are taken. There was no offer of a reduction in price. I find this dissapointing.
