the gardens were fine and well-kept. staff members were always attentive ensuring every need was met. i found that dining options were plentiful providing various choices. the hotel offered great value providing a nice family experience
the gym equipment looked rather outdated though still functional.

the staff were cheerful and very hardworking. the hotel was clean and there was plenty of fresh food. it felt safe, and i liked the grounds. they were beautifully kept and had plenty of lighting at night.
the umbrellas around the pool were seriously broken. lots of sun loungers were also broken. i feel that the management are letting the hotel down by not replacing the broken parasol and the broken sun lounger.

The grounds were huge and very clean. I found the standard rooms spacious and well maintained. There were many sports available, including basketball and table tennis. The indoor heated pool was nice.

the room was comfy and clean, i found that acceptable.
the air conditioning made a persistent weird noise that was never addressed (it was quite disruptive). hot water was sometimes unavailable in the room. i had to request a new key multiple times because it frequently malfunctioned, this became very inconvenient.

the hotel presented an array of food and drink choices. the staff members were consistently kind and helpful. i enjoyed a lot of available activities alongside expansive outdoor spaces. i found the grounds to be really big. i thought the bus service was a good inclusion.
the hotel seemed dated especially the rooms. there were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room. i often felt disoriented navigating the vast hotel and struggled to find my room particularly at night. i observed a lack of clear signage.
