the room was spacious, it included two queen beds. the on-site grocery store was useful for breakfast items. i rented a bike from the hotel shop to explore the nearby beach trail.

The grounds were beautiful and spacious. I found the bridge to the beach to be quite lovely. The staff was responsive. They quickly addressed my needs. The pool even had slides for the kids. It was a lovely sight.
The hotel charged exorbitant extra costs for parking. The resort fee was also inexplicable. The initially booked price served merely as a lower benchmark. I think the hotel is too expensive and not recommendable for what it offers.

The hotel is close to john wayne airport at about ten miles, a real plus. i appreciated the walking distance to the beach. They even supplied beach accessories. onsite dining options were plentiful with several restaurants. a pizza place was conveniently located next door.
the hyatt customer service was not great, unfortunately. i had expected more responsive assistance.
