pickup service rooftop
The staff organized a pickup service after a long wait at the airport. The room features a beautiful decoration. The breakfast had many options to choose and a lovely rooftop was available for relaxation. I got recommendations for places in the area.
The room I got assigned was very small. The air conditioning was not working at first, but it was fixed fast. The room was quite old. It lacked maintenance.

Breakfast included a sufficient selection. The staff was always ready to adjust to earlier schedules. Moroccan pastries and tea were available upon arrival, this was very lovely.

excellent breakfast walk-in shower basic room night noise
the BREAKFAST was excellent, INCLUDING different breads. also, the walk-in shower was REALLY good, I loved it!
the room WAS pretty basic AND too noisy. the noise at night was a big PROBLEM. I did not sleep so well.

friendly staff tea service helpful achraf basic room clogged toilet old room
the staff was very friendly, and they gave me tea when i arrived, it was useful for my journey. the location felt great, it was right in the heart of the medina. achraf was really helpful, and he gave a nice welcome.
the room seemed quite basic and i felt it was a bit noisy at night. the room allocated to me was very small and the toilet was clogged. the room was a bit too old, and it lacked maintanence.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. I received tea and an introduction to the area upon arrival. This was useful.
The room was quite basic and a bit noisy at night, which disrupted sleep. Street noise was audible through the windows and doors. This made it hard to relax completely. Earplugs are a must.

soundproofing issue loud motorbike
the room was great. ashraf was always helping out.
I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing. I heard everything. clients arrived at all hours. motorbikes in the souks were loud. the daily call to prayer at dawn echoed through the riad. i struggled to sleep after tiring days.
