the rooms were very clean. the location is convenient and near taksim. the hotel staff was friendly and professional. i appreciated the room upgrade to a balcony with our other rooms on the same floor.
the hotel provided only two small bottles of water and didn't provide more when asked.

the reception staff contacted a hospital and arranged an appointment when i fell ill. the staff was always smiling and cute to all guests. i received really good care and felt supported during a difficult time.

the rooms with balcony are quite big with a double bed or two singles plus a sofa bed. the rooms were on the second floor and faced the garden. they were very quiet and comfortable rooms.

directly outside the hotel there is a bus stop. taksim is just one bus stop away. a public park is next to the hotel where children enjoyed playing every day.

I experienced an unsettling incident. Someone from the technical team breached my locked door early one morning. i found a technician and a housekeeping staff member there, the door frame damaged. It seemed like a serious invasion of privacy.

The room was spacious and VERY clean. I certainly enjoyed it. This area has nice cafes and many famous restaurants at a short walking distance. Breakfast was good with a little choice of different food. The design and interior of rooms are special. I appreciated the reception staff.
I experienced some noise because there are many parties in the nearby area.

The location allows you to walk only five minutes from Taksim Square and the associated metro station. MANY of the city's most beautiful areas can be reached easily. I found its position excellent for a conference.
