The air conditioning made strange, loud noises when I turned it off, LIKE tak! tok! I could only stop the noise by setting the temperature very cold, resulting in an uncomfortably cold room.

the breakfast buffet was plentiful and excellent. the staff proved friendly and helpful . i found the location convenient for attending events, it was only a short tram ride to the concert hall.
the air conditioning automatically turned off during the night, this was disappointing. i paid for a room with air conditioning and expected it to function properly throughout my stay. this reminded me of an unnecessary cost-saving measure, impacting my comfort.

The breakfast offered a huge selection. I was impressed!!! the cleanliness of the room was very noticeable, cute space. everything felt especially romantic.
The gym was located in the basement. I found this a little inconvenient.
