The staffs friendliness, it, they are very professional. the grounds had a very tranquil vibe. the pool had a good size. It was really very well maintained.

I found the room impeccably clean! It had nice little touches like balloons and chocolates, which I thought was super thoughtful. The spa area was also clean, and the facilities were pretty good

I wasn't thrilled that the path connecting the hotel to the Keepers wasn't lit. It was a bit of a hassle to use phone torches to see where we were going, especially at night. Breakfast was a let down. The pastries looked like they were bought from a local supermarket!

we choose the taster menu with wine tasting in the emerald restaurant. jon served us and made the evening for us. his knowledge regarding the food and the wine he had paired for us was good. our room was excellent too with a complimentary bottle of champagne.

the extra decorative pillows smelt of stale cigarette smoke. my coffee mugs were not washed properly and there was a stain in the bottom of one. i was unable to use the treatments in the spa as they were fully booked.
