The room had a coffee machine. That was very useful. i also found the complimentary room upgrade quite pleasing. the provided toiletries and amenities like toothbrush, nail file, and shampoo were a nice touch.

I noticed some wear and tear. Every corner seemed a bit overused. the balcony felt depressing, quite sparse actually. the pool was practically inaccessible due to limited seating. I couldn't relax there properly.

The rooftop pool and bar were definitely highlights of my stay. The pool area offered ample space to relax, while the bar provided a great selection of drinks. I found the steam room and sauna very clean and well-kept. The hotel also offered a garage, providing secure parking .

i did find that some areas of the hotel seemed a little dated.

The front desk staff remembered details from my previous stays which was thoughtful. The staff promptly addressed any issues I had.

my room was good. bottled water was provided daily. the rooftop pool was nice. the drinks and food served at pool was also nice and the staff were helpful. the staff were very good. they graciously allowed us to check in hours before the official check-in time, it was a thoughtful thing.
