a stay with some hiccups
acceptable locationpoor sound insulationunfriendly staff
the location was acceptable with many restaurants nearby.
the room's sound insulation was poor i could hear street noise at all hours it was hard to rest i also found the staff to be not very friendly especially during check in a late check out was promised but not honored so i felt rushed in the morning

the location was central and easy to reach many attractions.
the staff seemed overwhelmed during check-in. i asked for a late checkout but that request was seemingly ignored, because they tried to kick me out next day at 11:00. also, the sound insulation in the rooms was bad.

The check-in process was not smooth. I arrived early and asked if it was possible to get into my room early after a long flight but a staff member told us she would call at 11.00am to let me know if my room would be available but i didn't hear from her. I went back to the hotel at 11.30 to be told i had been upgraded but the room was not yet available and i had to wait another hour, frustrating.

I was so happy with my room it was perfect in every way. the staff was amazing, helpful, and kind . the hotel is beautiful. I was happy to see the attention to detail. the location was great and i really appreciated how easy it was to get around.
The breakfast boxes could have had more variety in their contents. They were a little underwhelming.

The service was attentive. Staff promptly addressed requests, and they were helpful with directions. arranging transportation was easy. staff members spoke multiple languages, which helped a lot.

the hotel benefits from a central spot, close to shops and multiple points of interest. i found easy access to public transport, and the metro station was only a short walk away. many restaurants are around, so eating out was convenient.

Breakfast offered a rich choice of fresh products. The terrace had a fine view of the acropolis. the rooftop restaurant had a diverse menu of mediterranean cuisine. i was pleased with the quality of ingredients in every dish.

The room was spacious and well kept. i saw daily towel service, and the room was super clean. the beautiful room had a jetted tub. It was a great feature after a day of sightseeing.
