close locationfirm bedkitchen utensils
the location was close to everything i needed
the bed was way too firm i did not sleep well at all the pillows were also too soft and did not provide enough support furthermore i found that there was a distinct lack of kitchen utensils and i had to go purchase my own

Acceptable Views, Management Issues

helpful stafffake plants
The staff at reception and in reservations were cute and very helpful so that was a plus.
There were numerous standards expected with the price. I did not expect fake plants in the Penthouse. Fresh flowers and a few real plants would be the norm with the daily rate paid which was not the case.
