A Decent Hotel Stay
friendly staff breakfast options tired common area slow service
I found the staff to be really friendly. The employees would go out of their way to help me. I loved the lagoon and swimming pool, especially the snorkeling. The hotel had many choices for breakfast.
The hotel looked a little old in places. Restaurant service was slow on a busy weekend. I think the hotel gets a bit crowded. It was less relaxing than I hoped.

dirty coral unclean pool
The staff was so nice because they were professional. Breakfast was among the best I have had.
I found the pool not well cleaned. The coral looked dirty and there were hardly any fish. This was not what I expect of a five star hotel.
