average room, okay service
the valet service was seriously amazing, i felt so pampered! all the super nice team, and they were friendly all the time. dinner was pretty good, and breakfast had so many choices.
i arrived at 3:30, but my room was not ready. the staff looked seriously understaffed, and they were grumpy. the room was very average. the hotel did not acknowledge my loyalty program membership.

good buffet swimming lane comfy pillows
Breakfast had many options in a good buffet. The pool was large with a swimming lane available. The room was spacious too. Pillows were super comfy.
Lifts were constantly not working. Phones in the room were also out of service.

tasty food great service
The food for breakfast was very tasty. I enjoyed the 25m lap pool, spa, steam room, and sauna each day. The service from staff was great. It was an easy walk to the harbour, shops, and restaurants.
The curtains had light streaming through due to age.

lovely retreat
good room sensational experience
the room was a good residence superior king room. the breakfast provided a breathtakingly sensational experience (i savored every bite!).
the fridge space could be better. i found it challenging to store all my items comfortably.

the menu always changes and offers a good variety of options. valentine's day is quite full, so you need to book ahead just in case they are fully occupied. it is worth planning ahead to experience the offerings here.
