i stayed in a double or twin room balcony and it was very clean. the breakfast buffet had a huge choice.
the hotel didn't offer ANY complimentary items for its guests! but that was ok.

the hotel is near the gondolas to the top of the mountain! lovely mountain views from the rooms exist. the hotel is always clean and fresh. the evening bowling alley is very fun. it did not disturb us.
the bathroom shower was not very good.

The family room mountain view included a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. There was also a television. the room temperature was easily adjustable, ensuring a comfortable environment. blackout curtains worked well.

the hotel is close to gondolas that go to the top of the mountain, useful for skiing. views were available of the surrounding mountains from the rooms. there is a mountainside village.

The playroom for kids was a lifesaver. it kept my children entertained with bowling at 5 euros and other games. Such a good value! the breakfast included many options. i also really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the spa with warm pools and saunas for an additional 15 euros per hour. that was really enough time to relax and enjoy. I thought the value was great.
the room lacked air conditioning! we had to keep the window open constantly, we could hear everything happening at the bar until late. the bed was not comfortable and gave me a backache!

The reception was cute and friendly. I was immediately impressed by their attentiveness. the staff also helped us with directions to nearby attractions and provided information about local events. their service was consistent and reliable.

Really good Ski Hotel Experience

I found Princesa Parc to be the best ski hotel I have ever visited. It's a short walk to the gondola and ski rental facilities, very convenient. The spa featured five separate rooms for sauna and hamman treatments. Two large jet pools were available for a reasonable 15 Euros per hour. The sports massage effectively released knots in my neck and upper back, amazing.
The room, especially the bathroom, seemed somewhat dated. I also noticed the door from outside the room made squeaking noises during the night, a bit annoying. There was no AC, though the hotel provided fans to use.
