i experienced very good service from all staff members from the hotelboy to the reception. check-in was uncomplicated it made arrival seamless. the restaurant staff were attentive and professional i particularly appreciated their friendly demeanor.

the rooms are well-sized and comfortable offering a relaxing retreat. interior design includes beautiful details. rooms feature good amenities providing everything required for a convenient stay i found the comfort levels to be really good.

the large spa area provided a wonderful bonus. the gym has modern equipment available to hotel guests. the hotel also features a great indoor swimming pool a sauna and massage services.

Oscar and victor, the entrance guys, were super kind and helpful. They always had a smile! rooms had the best slope views. It was so cool! i never seen better views from the rooms, glassbar and even the spa. the spa is the bomb, you gotta check it!
The in-room phone wasn't working right. It made it tricky to call reception when i needed anything.

The facility have indoor swimming pool. It is a good spot to relax. the spa includes sauna and massage, giving guests options for relaxation. the hotel's wellness areas is super well done and has everything for people to enjoy.

breakfast got lots of different things. the sushi restaurant serves excellent food, its inventive and tasty. there a michelin restaurant where i ate the best meal ever.

the staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. staff always were polite and helpful, it was appreciated. one person in particular, william, took extra special care of us our whole stay.

The location is great for skiing and hiking. It is the best. views were amazing from my room. The mountains made it so picturesque. its located near shopping in la vella
