wonderful stay!

daily service professional staff
the hotel provided excellent services daily. the beds were made daily, garbage was collected daily, and new water bottles were provided daily. cumali and his colleagues were very professional, i found that most efficient.
The outside pool hours were restricted. it would have been better if it was open from morning until evening. I wanted more time to relax. also, the bar did not serve any alcoholic beverages.

The location is excellent, most main attractions are only a short walk away. I appreciated the ease of access. nearby restaurants and mini markets added convenience. the tram line was conveniently close.

The room was very clean, it had just enough space. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. the bathroom was a nice size with comfortable beds. i found the room to be a restful retreat.

mixed feelings about this stay

the fitness center hours were not convenient. it was only open from noon to 7pm, which isn't ideal for tourists. the rooftop pool and restaurant were completely closed, a big disappointment.
