Understaffed and Overpriced

buggy systemquestionable maintenance
The buggy system seemed a mess. I also needed sheets and pillows for an extra bed and it took seven hours after check-in to get them. This was after three phone calls. The equipment maintenance also seemed questionable. The room opening was not working one hour before checkout as the equipment was out of battery.
