The WhatsApp service was really helpful! I could easily ask for anything. The hotel is close to Naousa by a quick drive. There was lots of available parking for my rental car.
This was a frustrating experience at checkout.

i found this place luxurious! our room had decadent touches like baby lotions and shower gels prepared for our baby (which was a super cute detail!). breakfast was amazing, especially the local pastries. the staff felt very accomodating to our needs.
the gym had limited equipment, so it sometimes felt crowded during peak hours.

the hotel offers a well-equipped spa area with a sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms. a fully equipped gym is on the premises, yet it may get a bit crowded when the hotel is at maximum capacity. (i found that a bit annoying, actually).

The hotel has a quiet location. it is close to several restaurants. A short car ride is needed. it is really useful when you want to discover the area without staying in crowded places.
