fantastic stay!
cute staffgreat serviceexcluded spa
the staff are genuinely cute and. they understood the difference between service and hospitality. the receptionist, sommelier, bell boy, restaurant, and bar staff are all great! i highly recommend this hotel.
the spa is only available for children until 6 pm! my teen couldn't go with us. even though we paid a lot for the room, the spa wasn't included. twelve euro per child for maybe 30 min of pool time felt off. it lacked the full experience you want on this kind of vacation!

i took advantage of the shuttle bus to the gondola, which makes getting to the slopes easy!!! the hotel is in a quiet area with a magnificent natural area and easy parking.

the staff were very NICE. i enjoyed the delicious food at the italian restaurant.
the SPA was a BIG disappointment. 80 euros for a family seemed too much. it was JUST a few pools, VERY crowded. also, i was not able to use the sauna without a swimsuit, what is unhealthy.
