cold water noisy air
The staff were friendly (I mean, genuinely!). They offered assistance with any request.
The shower was problematic. It alternated between very hot and cold water. This made showering quite difficult and UNcomfortable. The air conditioning was also noisy and not very effective. It struggled to cool the room.

annoying climb musty smell
The garden pool area was nice.
The climb to the third level was annoying I believe the cost for these top levels should be less older guests might struggle. The shower temperature fluctuated constantly from cold to hot showering was not pleasant. The room smelled musty even with the air conditioning on all the time.

I loved the spacious rooms. The air conditioning worked so well. It kept the room cool. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The shower ran really hot and really cold without adjusting, not fun. Bathrooms looked outdated. The shower over the bath felt a bit dangerous because of the height.
