The hotel has a good location close to the station and city center.
The breakfast room had only one coffee machine for all guests. I found the food choice not very big. It felt inconvenient.

A Tender Embrace in the City Center
central locationhelpful staffweak pressure
the location was central and allowed me to walk everywhere i wished to go. the staff helped me with every request i had and always offered a smile. it. i stayed in the superior double room and the space was generous, i felt very comfortable there.
i noticed that the water pressure in the shower was not very strong. it made rinsing a bit difficult.

the hotel is close to the train station, a feature that adds much comfort for arrivals and departures. there are also buses and trams nearby, allowing one to explore the city easily. a short walk places you in the main square, where cultural experiences await.

The hotel location allowed easy access to the city center. The staff members were friendly. Breakfast was adequate with a reasonable variety of options.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noises from outside. Housekeeping did not thoroughly clean the room . The bathroom design caused water to spill easily during showers.

The bed was excellent. Great sleeps! the staff are always great here. Very nice indeed! the rooms are very good. paldies! greeted professionally by staff on arrival. Easy check in. i ran into 4 other staff . All were super polite and courteous! my room came with an amazing walk-in shower. top marks for breakfast buffet. Omelette. Bacon. Tiny pastries. All were scrumptious.
during our stay the room got hot even when keeping windows open!
